- Saturday is believed as inauspicious for most of the people in India.

- Keeping lemon wrath in front of house, vehicle, shops, and business places is auspicious
- Eating curd with sugar or jaggery while going outside is auspicious
- Cawing of crows indicates arrival of some guests or relatives on that day
